Guided Search

If you’re new or not sure where to get started, Guided Search makes it easy to find long-term care service providers! Just answer a few questions and Guided Search will display providers that may be of interest for your situation.

1. Choose your location

In the menu to the left, find the My Location area. Choose ZIP code or city, then type in your ZIP code or city. Click Update. Or leave ZIP and city blank to search the entire state of California; click Clear to reset this if needed.

The CalCareNet database includes licensed facility and alcohol and drug program providers throughout the state. The database also includes community-based provider information from Aging and Disability Resource Connection programs in Orange and Riverside counties; more counties will be added over time.

2. Answer the following six questions and click Search

Answer these questions to the best of your ability about the person (either you or someone else) who needs services or information. You do not have to answer all the questions for the search to work.
